Whilst working with Ellie in a mentorship capacity in fine-tuning elements of her Equine Guided Education business, I had the opportunity to experience a private session with her. During this time with Ellie, I found myself led gracefully into a state of being, with the horses, through her grounded guidance on her beautiful land. From this place, I began to make a profound discovery within myself. I had an unresolved challenge that I had thought I was handling, but there was emotion underneath that I had not allowed to surface until this time with the horses. Ellie held a safe and supportive space of reflection during my session with her lead horse Sherpa. Her guidance and intuitive feedback along with Sherpa's, allowed me to come to my own wisdom around my challenge, the depth of which was profound. I came away feeling open and in touch with my feelings, rather than my thoughts, the results of which continued to bring further insight long after my session.
